knitting directions for a felt that starts at the top of the crown & ends at the edge of the brim.?

I saw this pattern on the internet and printed it off, but lost it somehow. It started out with1 or 3 stitches and then add on each row until the brim was started. it was reversed from the regular felt hat patterns. it was neat.

Well, this one doesn't start with 1 or 3 stitches...but it is starting at the crown! :)
