There was i dog and it had a very bad day, fist it chased a cat out of his masters dinners, but got coaught and had to stay outside, for the rest of the day. then the mailman came and the dog chased it and chased it, then he was lost. then the he got caught by the dog catcher, and was took to the pound. but later that day he was adpoted by this little girl and her daddy. the dog suddly found out that the little's girl dad was a very mean dad, he would yell and scream at the little girl, but the dog didn't ubderstand why the dad would do that to the little girl. the dad made the little girl cry and cry. So, the little girl packed herself and the dog and ranaway. they ran, and they ran. but then the little girl left the so she can stay with her aunt and uncle. So the dog walked into the night, and was hit by a really big car. but wasn't hurt, the dofg was unconsouis. when the dog woke up he was dreaming.

I am sitting in my livingroom listening to my african grey count. He can count to four and does it over and over and over!!! My red front macaw is calling kitty kitty kitty!!! She loves cats, but I do not own any. She goes nuts when she sees one on animal planet. I am also watching my 2 puppies, a maltese/yorkie and a bichon/yorkie stampeding around the room messing up the papers under the bird cages!!! They sure do love life!!! Do you have any pets? Maybe it is a good time to get one. You could never stay depressed with a pet around! I would die if something happened to my pets!!! They make me laugh all the time. Now my african grey is cussing the dogs out because they keep running under his cage and tearing the papers up!!! hope I helped out a little

I was volunteering at our local animal shelter and I talked my sister-in-law into adopting a cat. I went in one evening after work and saw the most beautiful kitten, blue eyes, almost like a persian ragdoll mix. Well, I got him set up for the night, called my sister-in-law and told her to go to Wal-Mart because I had found her cat. I e-mailed her a picture and she loved him. So the next morning I go to the shelter to pick him up and there he was wrapped around another kitten, cleaning her, it was beautiful. They looked alike and looked to be about 8 weeks old. The staff at the shelter told me that she had been left in the late night drop box by the same people who had dropped off the male kitten the day before with a note that said they decided not to keep her. Needless to say she was terrified, being in that box outside, so small, by herself all night long. I walked in the kitten room and bent down, her little eyes were sooo big and frightened, I went to pick her up and she bolted under her brother. He calmly licked her head a few times and came to me, she shyly walked over, she was shaking so hard, but she followed him. I got them comfortable, called my sister-in-law, of course she said yes to both. They are now 5 years old, named Abby and Toby and still as protective of each other as ever!!!
Hopefully I didn't bore you with this long story, but I love telling it!!!!

We just got a Pomeranian/ shih tzu puppy in October. He is very spastic and could probably run around our house for hours if he was given the chance. He's not fully potty trained yet, but we mostly let him out on the deck to do his business. Well, on this one particular day, my dad was outside cleaning the cover of our hot tub, so the gate that keeps our dogs from the yard was not in its normal place. Apparently Hershey, our puppy, figured this out and he hopped off the deck without my dad noticing. So, I went outside with a toy for him and I see him running around my mother's garden in circles (the garden is situated around a backyard lamp post so it is fairly circles). He must have run around at least 10-15 before I told my dad. I was too busy laughing. I walked down the steps to go retrieve him, but he wanted to play. He ran off into our neighbor's yard, and I tried to catch him, but I swear, this dog is a speeding bullet. I ran back onto the deck going to get my shoes, but my dad told me to stay there and he would get some shoes on, so he could go get Hershey (it was winter and my feet felt as if they were about to fall off). So I'm standing on my deck "Hershey! Hershey! Come here Hershey!" Then, the puppy hops up onto the neighbor's deck. He's just walking around sniffing everything. I think he got bored of that, so he stood on the edge of the deck (which was only a foot or so off the ground with no rails) looking at me. He couldn't figure out how to get down! He must have had some weird depth perception because he wouldn't jump off either. Finally, after five minutes of sitting there looking at me, my dad came to rescue the puppy. I don't know if anyone else thinks this is funny- it may be one of those 'you had to be there' stories. Anyway, I hope this helps.
