sounds Shakespearean to me

The words are "DRINK to me only with thine eyes, and I will pledge with mine. Or leave a kiss within the cup, and I'll not ask for wine."
The first line IS the title. It's from a poem by Ben Jonson, NOT Shakespeare. Here's the whole thing
