It's like on TV shows where everyone claps at the same time or everyone laughs. It's just what is supposed to happen.

I swear they are given signals as when to clap and that is the honest truth. I am not lying or teasing you they are literally instructed when to clap.

ha! good question. yea, that's tv and politics for you in a glass jar.

But a glass jar that you farted into, closed and left on the counter for your sister to open when she gets home cause you put a note on it that said if you open this i will give you 2 bux cause it's stuck and there's a peanut on the bottom and i have to get to work and don't have time to reach into this jar before work but i really want that peanut so save it for me.

so that's a fart in a jar that's getting ripe, real ripe. and when people start to sniff what's in that jar it'll be exposed for the dirty work that it really is.

anyhoo, that state of the union is a glorfied sucking of the president's peanut for no real reason but lies for the people to sit back on and scratch their butts to.

It's possible that the audience was pre-recorded and is being edited in. They can do anything these days with video images.
