Gasoline is fungible, no way to tell where it is from, the oil companies put it into the pipeline and take out a like amout (less transportation costs) at the other end. No way to separate it out, and that goes back to the refineries, oil comes in from tankers from all over the world and is mixed. Hey and why not boycott Venezuela while you are at it. Ownership is what matters, look at the parent companies and decide based on that, but that brings me back to my original statement, fungible...

McDonald french fry basket! Sorry! i could no longer upward thrust as much as that! yet, you have a component, who's well-known with the place all this gas is coming from? Mexico, South u.s., they do no longer positioned a label on the product, cos the Arabs could pass out of corporation in the event that they did! believe me! All those investors are making HAY whilst the solar shines, cos the day is coming whilst those grasping oil companies will finally meet their tournament whilst our government wises up and use our very own components, oil, corn, or maybe solar potential. this is performed, different international locations are looking undemanding approaches to get rid of using oil! Why no longer us!?

Don't use Citgo. It is owned by the Venezuelan government. Their President, Chavez, hates Americans.

Out here in Utah, Sinclair is all domestic.
Now, the bad news. Whether you consume domestic or imported gasoline, so long as the United States consumes more oil than it produces, you will still ultimately cause to be imported that amount of gasoline that you consume. The only way to reduce imports is to reduce consumption. Period.
Dissenting opinions are welcome!
