Yup, both him and his wife are over the top or bottomed out...how ever you want to look at it.

with everything he has been through plus what he has done he has accomplished quite a bit. treating the people he brings in with respect & giving them encouragement to help get on the right track after they leave jail. yes, dog the bounty hunter is VERY over the top. i happen to think he is pretty cool!

I like him. I think he genuinely cares about the people he is hunting and seeing them make something of their otherwise worthless life.
