k .... im 16. i play water polo and swim atleast 3 days a week for a high school team . . . . im skinny fit and consider my self to be "BUFF" . . .. im 5'8 and weigh 134 pounds. ... no matter what i do i cant seem to gain any more weight i eat so freaking much . ... i drink soy protein with milk to help form muscle . . . and yea i just cant seem to gain any weight. . . . any ideas to get more muscle or over all body mass? . . . i dont take any steroids or pills or supplements or anyhting bad other than the soy protein . . . .

Sure...there are a lot of things you can do ..check out the web. If you are working with weights there are ways to build bulk and there are ways to build lean muscle mass, check out which one you want to pursue at a local gym..they will give you free advice. And as for your food intake, track your calories. You need to be eating 1000 + more calories than you use. If you are very active (and you are) then you will burn up everything SO it is important to take in more than you use. Track it. And the time you eat also will give you weight. you still need to eat three meals a day but plan a big snack before going to bed ....and make sure it includes carbs. And ice cream shakes help put weight on too. Having three of so of these a day should be part of your plan. And you may want to see your doctor because he may have some ideas. Be careful not to over do it though ....young people have heart attacks too.

ideally you want to gain muscle mass thru excercise NOT from weightgain prortein powders, eat proteins from meat,fish chix, diary and vegetable proteins of beans and nuts

go to fast food restaurants. eat till your bloated. take the super size burgers

i was the same as u wen i was at tht age....no matter wat u do u can NEVER get bigger but u can always gain weightby increasing ur muscle sizes cuase muscle weighs more than fat
