You may want to look into symptoms of Hypo-Thyroid.

People who are Hypo-Thyroid feel cold when others are comfortable, have difficulty losing weight, have dry skin, & in general feel slowed down.

I have that problem also. I was told it is because I have low blood pressure (which is good) and maybe poor circulation. I don't think it is a big deal as I have always been like this, and I was raised in Florida.
