my friend went to jail for posesion of illegal substances...... they were mine and he was bringing it over to me..... when he got pulled over and searched should i got bail him out

Naw--go down to jail and tell him you want a replacement for your stash first--or else he don't get bailed out. He was stupid to get pulled over--probably speeding or had a burned out tail light I'll bet.
edit--what a mess of do-gooders here--sheesh!
The guy should be punished for his stupidity at letting his lady friend down in her time of need.

yes. he was bringing the illegal substance to you when he got caught with it.
bail him out, and then both of you leave the drugs alone. you'll end up ruining your life, and possibly the lives of others.

Yes you do need to bail him out...it was your drugs...He put his neck out to even have the drugs.not only do you need to bail him out you need to stand by him through this whole mess...He will have a record now that will follow him for life...You owe him this much...

obviously he/she is a drug dealer and broke the number one cardinal rule: if you are doing something like that then don't get caught! drive the speed limit, make sure your car isn't stolen and is in proper working order, tag in date, and your license is valid. so what ever he/she did to get caught is their fault having drugs just made it worse.
