I dont think so. Space age, though started as race, has now become a journey. May be USA flag is put on moon first, but that doesnt mean entire moon is ours. I mean....if we were to set up a gigantic lab over the moon, we wouldnt have any restriction to the size of land we can use. But sooner or later, when other countries start sending their own astronauts to moon, people might talk about teritorial aspects as the colonies in moon (I am talking about future labs on moon) start to grow.

In 2020, NASA going to deliver up a module and crews(astronauts) as much as the moon and set up a base up there. And why is it take US sixteen years to circulate returned to the moon. A reason is by technique of the fact can i ask you some thing a technologies in 20 century and a technologies in 21 century is it the comparable. the respond is "NO" remarkable and it a pair of money too. To take a crews up there it may desire to apply a number of issues to assist existence for crews and else like oxygen tanks, source for making a base, preserve, and each little thing that could help and make group experience gentle. And now 21 century we've a technologies that strengthen adequate to construct a base on the moon, yet all we can do remarkable now is wait and see a be triumphant of Human Specie.

The 1967 Outer Space Treaty ratified by the UN states that no-one owns space, the moon or any of the other planets.
Quote: "...outer space, including the Moon and other celestial bodies, is not subject to national appropriation by claim of sovereignty, by means of use or occupation, or by any other means.”
