I read the Bar Bar is the Don of that family so nobody gets a divorce unless she allows it and she would never allow it while Georgie is in office. Sharon Bush said she is the Don but I don't think she used that word. I did.

Imagine the scandal it'd create! G.W. Bush would be the first president (as far as i know) to get divorced during his term.
So no, unless she goes extreme and forced him within this year. He could always hold it off by not signing the papers.
