Without a doubt - 'You Only Move Twice'
Season eight was fantastic for The Simpsons but this episode, with the 'bent on world domination' Hank Scorpio was fantastic. I'm a big fan and have seen every episode many times but this one takes the cake for me. He's brilliant....
"On Fridays the lunchroom serves hotdogs and pretzels and beer. He loves German beeeer..." and so the bond style song goes.
