I have htis problem too...
1) if you have contacts try not to wear them while your on the computer they don't help
2) Every 20 minutes or so take like a 5 minute break from what ever your doing. Go get a drink or just lay your head back and close your eyes. That's what I do!

If eye drops don't work for you then try a liquid gel eye drop it's a little thicker and last longer. Also every 20 minutes or so take a break for about a minute or so just walk around.Make sure you are blinking your eyes enough.

Try to soften the page through tools or settings etc. Otherwise you may need to get an eye exam. Possibly need glasses!

this may probably because of your monitor's refresh rate..
Set your refresh rate as high as possible that you can..to Avoid flickers and headaches
for my LCD monitor, i put it on 75hz because thats the most i can go.
low refrsh rate causes stress to the eye and sort of gives u headache.
