I had a client a few years ago explain bi-polar in very plain english way to me...Its like having all the emotions that everybody has but 10x stronger. When your happy...your really happy but when you are sad...you feel like you've hit rock bottom. You can also go from happy to sad and vice versa in a matter of moments for no reason at all...if you think you or someone you know has bi-polar disorder please find a Dr that can properly diagnose you. Bi-polar is too serious to ignore.

How about a little more information--Age, male or female, and what makes you suspect you or someone close to you has bi-polar disorder (not a disease)?
