I don't get how he can balance it... and give all the tax cuts he has been giving... and wants to give (healthcare, oil companies)...
and fund a huge war?
or is this one of those "not counting the war" things?
where is all this money coming from?

The budget could be balanced but it would take massive amounts of work that I just don't think that small minded bush baby has in him.
This country was out of debt not too long ago. Bush managed to squander that and get us in an enormous hole in just 6 short years. What a guy....

I doubt it'll happen without raising taxes and only by eliminating pork barrell projects. I'm not in position to know though.
