i saw a meteor shower when i was on the beach in Poland. the sky was really clear so you could see perfectly, and it was about 11 o'clock so you could see perfectly. it was so random when it happened i didn't even expect it, but i made the best wish i could think of.

If I can ever find a dark enough spot away from city lights then yes I love to watch for falling stars. Then I make a wish on them.

Twice a year we get the lawn chairs out and watch the Perseid and Leonid meteor showers. Next to the Northern Lights, the best light shows in the sky. We rarely see the Northern Lights where I am, but they're jaw-dropping. I once saw a meteorite that lit the night up like day, it could be seen over a big part of Ontario and New York.

I watch the stars, but I don't necessarily watch for falling stars. I do see them from time to time though. And I enjoy watching the meteor showers.

Its not that I actually look for them, but I do wish upon them and say prayers, and some times you do see a falling star..
