How do I erase the hard drive of my DirectTV Tivo?

I want to sell my Directtv/Tivo receiver, since my new apartment doesn't allow dishes. How can I erase the hard drive of my Tivo (with my favorites, season passes, etc?) before I give it to the buyer? Or do I not need to do that?

Just delete the recorded shows & cancel everything in the season pass manager.
