What you describe is the life of an animal--one that operates on instinct and training (if any). The animal has no capacity for self-reflection or self-analysis. The animal has no conscience, which is why the animal also has no laws. Man, on the other hand, IS given laws by God, who expects humans to obey them. This is why many humans go around pretending that they're animals.
