In Nevada it's just fine, apparently. Everywhere else it's a misdemeanor usually.

I have a problem with the laws against prostitution and that bothers me because I think it is a very destructive personal behavior. I believe in freedom, but there are some really bad choices going on out there!
Whose body is it anyway? Women can kill their unborn child without a single raised eyebrow today, because it is HER body. The rest of it belongs to her as well.
Why are there laws against suicide? Again, it is the persons body and life, shouldn't they ultimately be the one to decide how to use it or to throw it away? And, the consumption of illegal drugs is a personal choice, though drivers who are high endanger the others on the road, but if someone wants to fry their brain, whose business is it anyway?

*Normally* we don't "let" them. They are picked up if they are found to be selling their bodies. Anyone can put any ad on the internet. I could put one out right now stating something about selling my own ****.

why not? the only "victims" of prostitution are the prostitutes, and most people don't care about them anyway.
