Why is black and white considered a color? (I'm not talking about race's im talking about just the color)

Technically, they aren't. Black is the absence of color. White is all colors.

That's backwards from what most people would guess, but it's true.

perhaps they would be clear if light shined directly through.
white reflects the sun as black soaks up the sun, environmentally speaking.
