Can you please give me ideas as to what i should do. most of our friends probably won't come to the party unless they will be able to see the Super Bowl. so i'm trying to think of a way to include the super bowl and the birthday party together.

Depends on if your roommate enjoys football and wouldn't mind having a birthday/super bowl bash. Birthdays with significance (such as 21st, 25th, 30th and so on) normally require they're own theme or seperation from an event such as the Super Bowl. Unless your roommate is a diehard sports fan and likes a bottle of cold beer.

Easy-- have a superbowl-birthday party. Serve munchies all the game, and at halftime, bring out the cake and candles! Every time there's a time-out, open a few gifts....
