Is the Corporate America racist? I don't see not too many CEOs who are non-white. I am a colored person, and sometimes I feel like there is a glass ceiling in the Corporate America.

as a women (in college still) i think that the corperations are run buy the boys club and if you are not in that club no matter where you go you will not go up

I think your wrong, with many cities requiring a certain number of contractors be minority owned and/or operated I don't see the ceiling for men like there use to be. However, for women that is another story.
