Why? There could be a few reasons. Are you on a modem with a router and the router will not see the Internet? This could be that you need to configure the rougher's IP address. Go to the rougher's manuel for instruction or the manufacturer of the router for instruction.

There could be a few reasons,
If you are using wireless you need to install your router and enter wep keys and stuff, follow the directions,
If your using a modem check all cables and connections are secure, and that its switched on lol your question is'nt very clear sorry..
