Zelda Twilight Princess Side Quests...(treasure trouble too)???

I finished the game a couple times, and i need some side quests to do...

im also having trouble getting what is inside
the treasure chest
on the south exit/entrance
of castle town...

its on a ledge
and i wouldn't know how to get to it

its where Agitha looks for her own bugs...

On the bridge in castle town u need 2 use the spinner 2 get 2 it.

Use the dominion rod to bring the owl statue near the chest to life and make a bridge for yourself using it.
