Sometimes. If they are all dressed up in expensive clothes than I usually think they have a lot of money and they may look down on me for not looking like them and that they might be snobby. If someone is dressed in rags and looks like they haven't taken a shower for months, I assume they are poor or have some sort of depression or mental disorder. I know it's impossible to know for sure until you speak to the person though. Even then, you really have to get to know them to understand what's really going on. I would never treat anyone badly based only on appearances though. I keep my 'judgements' to myself.

Well I wonder what kind of person they are based on their appearance but I don't judge them.

I usually judge people by the way they talk, or rather express themselves.

yes becuase most of the time if the person is annoying u can see it in their face

Only in the sense of cleanliness....not looks.
