just exercise, continue swimming..when your body can adapt to it..you won't feel any pain anymore..You just have to remember first of all that you need to do warm-up exercises before any activity so that you won't feel sore in the end.

Bengay, icy hot patch and the quickest solution is Ibuprofen. The soreness you may be experiencing may be caused by different factors depending on what kind of activity you had that day.It may be caused by over fatigability, muscle straining and stress. These contributing factors can all lead to vasoconstriction (narrowing of the blood vessels)or accumulation of lactic acid in any localized area of the body which causes pain and inflammation due to poor circulation.Ibuprofen has an anti-inflammatory effect. For me it works within 5-10 mins.I take 3 tabs of 200mg( total of
600mg) as needed or every 6 hours if you have chronic pain.

ibuprofen where would I be without it! I usually pop some of that and do some excirses. Its very important however to do excirses regularly so you're body can get used to spending so much energy at a certain time like it does when you go for a swim
