American poetry?

I have to write a poem what it's like to be american but I have no idea where to start. I love writing poetry but not like this. HELP.

In American Dreams


We must open our eyes from the madness that we've slept.
Telling all who will listen of the horrors that have kept us,
Subconsiously numb...in American dreams.

In American dreams it's okay to kill. It's okay to hate deeply
And seek cheap thrills. In American dreams, it's okay to cheat!
As swapping husbands swap wives who swap lies
When they meet. In American dreams it's okay to pretend,
We are not responsible for our own children...
Or the thoughts that they have as they grow from kids,
They begin to think early from their cradles beds and cribs!
In American dreams it's okay to deny people of their rights,
It's okay to be racist from morning, noon until night.
It's okay to sit back in pampered comfort and style,
Until truth comes calling to remove those smiles...of ignorance!
In American dreams what is will last. In American dreams
People are threatened by poison gassssssss...
From these American dreams we must awaken real fast! We must...
Open our eyes from the madness we've slept...telling anyone listening
Of the horrors that have kept us...sliding in a cesspool of screams,
Subconsciously, without vision! In American Dreams.

(Obviously to PROTECT THE INNOCENT and the SUFFERING of the masses in AMERICA)

To my Dearest Global Family and all people considered ‘citizens’ (Non-Militia, Non-Police, Non-Private or Secret Service Agents of any type or kind):

BEWARE!!! Or maybe I mean, “Be aware.” If you are able to, please learn all you can, research, discover, or otherwise just make yourselves aware of what is going on around you and most sad, what WILL happen to you and your entire family as it has happened to mine. In the United States (US) alone, there have been many doctors who have left their Profession/Employment in the medical field (For doctors, that’s 12 years of education and thousands of dollars of student loans) due to the agony which is taking place in the US. Foreign Doctors are being imported from other countries to ‘assist’ in whatever ‘it’ is that is happening to American citizens. The ‘citizens’ of the US have become at the very least, suspicious of multiple agonizing neuromuscular disorders and what is going on in this country concerning our medical/healthcare professionals. The doctors who have remained in their practice including the hundreds of imported doctors are seriously, very seriously guilty of misdiagnosis of people who suffer with the multiple types of neuromuscular diseases. Thousands upon thousands of Americans are being mistreated, misdiagnosed, and are suffering extremely with excruciatingly painful neuromuscular diseases that are very ‘rare’ in nature so states the medical professionals who are treating their patients to the best of their ability.

So, what is the reason that so many people are suffering with extremely painful, rare conditions? It was determined by the United Nations that earth is overpopulated by approximately (2) billion people needed to be removed from the planet in order for the ‘chosen’ to survive. This means that people must die, be persecuted, go to war, or otherwise be killed in order to achieve their initiative to remove (2) billion people from the planet. The five permanent seats of the United Nations (Who made this determination) are: China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and then there are (for show, fake, false, phony, shams, or replicas) the non-permanent members of the United Nations: Argentina (2014), Australia (2014), Azerbaijan (2013), Guatemala (2013), Luxembourg (2014), Morocco(2013), Pakistan (2013), Republic of Korea (2014), Rwanda (2014), Togo (2013). Be aware, the non-permanent members were made members so they would ‘feel’ that they had a ‘say-so’ in World affairs…..the world affairs which involve the elimination of (2) billion people from the planet Earth.

The United Nations met and decided that it would be the members of, “Third-World Countries” that would be eliminated; meaning ‘massacred’ which means (noun) an indiscriminate and brutal slaughter of people and (verb) deliberately and violently kill (a large number of people). Please don’t worry yourselves people of the third world countries, the United Nations met and decided that the UNITED STATES was going to be their ‘Third World Country’ so as not to bring suspicion to other countries…and then the US decided to use the Internet to block most transmission of intelligence to other countries. Who knows why they did this? Are they trying to block our communication with one another? To take away the ability to LEARN of what’s going on in the US would have a deep impact on other countries and possibly prevent massive fear/war/crime 0r who knows of what’s to come…What IS happening at this very moment. Who knows?

There are multitudes of people who are suffering with several different, RARE, cases of neuromuscular diseases at the same time – which means that several hundred Americans have been victimized by very similar disabling diseases that cause a person to have slow painful deaths that takes approximately 5-10 excruciating years of pain to die from. It is NOT a coincidence that families, entire families, are suffering with extremely rare diseases that cause neuromuscular pain in most, if not all of the muscles in the body, most, if not all nerves in the body, and mild to massive memory loss (very similar to Dementia and Alzheimer’s) to each individual, including every member of the ‘chosen families’, and ALL of this suffering is of innocent people, most of which do not receive help to relieve their suffering from medical professionals ‘because THEY ARE TOO YOUNG, or SCIENCE IS UNABLE TO EXPLAIN IT, THEREFORE, IT DOESN’T EXIST, OR WE ARE JUST NOT GOING TO HELP YOU.”

That’s one of the problem’s; innocent people are being targeted by a given entity, possible The United Nations (keep your enemies’ closer – the reason for temporary members of the United Nations) , as guinea pigs for long, fatal, neuromuscular diseases for the purpose of population control, biochemical experiments, (experiments on humans which would not be the first time) nonetheless the masses will be eliminated, as was planned, by the GIVEN ENTITIES THAT ORDERED PEOPLE TO BE ELIMINATED. Who will stop the agony? I am sincerely afraid that God, if you believe in Him, will be the only way this mass extinction plan will be stopped.

Know that I care, that I am a loving, kind, and sincere God-fearing person – who is suffering with excruciating pain – per ‘the plan’. I am just a person with too much knowledge that is slowly being swept away by whatever disease is inside me. In the near future, you will see and hear of things happening that have not ever happened in the world’, with the exception of Hitler.
