I'm completely in favor of a nuclear ban. The problem is how are you going to enforce it. If a rogue nation decides to arm itself, How are you going to force a nuclear nation to disarm them self ? They will have the military advantage of nuclear weapons and you don't.
If anybody knows a way. Please speak freely.

That would be wonderful if they could do so someday and also get rid of the entire existing stock of nuclear weapons. It's tricky though, someone is bound to try and cheat (keep some weapons) to get the upper hand in world affairs.
