It doesn't matter anyway. Fat old thing looks at me like I'm on crack most of the time. Crazy cat.

It should be blatantly obvious to even a none pet owner that this animal wants back outside. You can deck out a jail like the Hilton Hotel and it is still a prison to an outdoor cat. My outdoor cat went through this conversion process when she was attacked and almost lost a leg to a severe joint infection. And that was five months of pure Hell on Earth. We had to keep her in the whole Winter while she relearned how to control the leg and learn to walk again. And there was not a day that she did not struggle up onto a window sill or lay at the door and howl to get out. After about a month and a half of this the dog 'snapped' and started chasing her around the house until she regained full use of the leg. The happiest day in this house, short of the birth of my children, was the Spring Day that we opened the door and let her back outside. As I type this I am watching her burrow into the snow outside my office window, looking for mice with our other cat.

Yes. I usually meow at them when they are meowing at me. They usually keep meowing back when I do that. Sometimes I worry that I'm telling them I hate them or something.

you get a star from me on that one sweetie. lol, I've seen my cat's facial expression change and she's walked away from me more than once when I start meowing to her.
