Use the FOIL method.
Multiply
First terms t X 2t
Outside terms t X -3
Inside terms 2t X +6
Last terms +6 X -3
2t^2 + 9t -18

Using the FOIL method, 2t x t = 2t^2, t x -3 = -3t, 6 x 2t = 12t and -3 x 6 = -10

Therefore, the answer is 2t^2 +9t -18

multiply that equation;

2t^2-3t+12t-18 =0
2t^2 + 9t - 18 =0

check; t= -6 and t= 3/2
2(-6)^2 + 9(-6) - 18 = 0
18 - 18 = 0......ans
or

2(3/2)^2 + 9(3/2) - 18 = 0
18 - 18 = 0....ans

Do the FOIL method - first, outer, inner, last.

first t * 2t
outer t * (-3)
inner 6 * 2t
last 6 * (-3)

2t^2 -3t + 12t - 18
2t^2 + 9t - 18

t(2t -3)+ 6(2t -3)
2t squared -3t +12t -18
2t squared + 9t - 18
hope that helps

you need to FOIL it.
(t+6)(2t-3)
1st - (first) 2t (to the second.)
2nd - (outside) -3t
3rd - (inside) 12t
4th - (last) -18

so the final answer is:
2t (squared) + 12t -3t -18

you then need to combine like terms.
so: 2t(sq) +9t -18

(t + 6)(2t - 3)

2t (the to 2nd power) + 3t
12t - 18

Answer: 2t (to the second power) +15t - 18
