Try taking another pregnancy test. You could have taken a test a little to early. January 23 is definitly far enough to take another test. Or just go get a blood test done. They can tell you if there is hcg in your blood which is more accurate than urine. It's possible but it is also possible to have underlying causes. If you are not pregnant you might ask your doctor to check your tsh levels or other things. Or it could be stress. Either way you might want to see your doctor.

While you could be pregnant, because those are all common symptoms, unfortunatly they are also signs of other common digestive problems. I suggest you take a test though and if that comes negetive(hopefully not) go see a doctor. I have heard of people not even getting a positive pregnancy test till they are 8 or 9 weeks and some people never even get enough hcg in their urine even though they are pregnant. It all comes down to different women have different bodies, the only sure way to know anything is to see a . So good luck and ill keep my fingers crossed for you.

When you took the first test it may have been too early to tell. Those could definitely be pregnancy symptoms, I had most of those. I would get another test and try again, or just go see your doctor. Good Luck!

These can all be symptoms of pregnancy , but no period since Nov would have been my first indication to go get a test.

Well, I tend to try to simplify things as much as possible. It seems to me you should see a doctor. If you are pregnant a doctor can tell you and help you set up prenatal care. If you are not pregnant, your symptoms could indicate a serious medical problem which the physician can help you take care of. So either way, pregnant or not, you should see a doctor.

It might have been too early for a pregnancy test in December. I would take another one.

it could be.don't always trust those urine test. i have seven and they usually came back negative as well. some of them may not detect, because you are too early to having the hormone HCG in your urine. Try again, if still negative, then seea doctor.good luck!
