do you believe that greed is a medically diagnoseable disease? that our ignorance of languages confuses us?

Greed can be defined as the survival of any given life form at the expense of all other life forms in any given ecosystem. Most of our diseases are defined in the same words. Cancer etc. So I admit my ignorance of most languages and thus of making lots of mistakes.
Of course my thoughts say- loudly, neighbours can be a very big word for a child, even in the imagination.
