NOTHING! Bush's approval ratings will not go up, might even go down. People in other countries won't even bother to listen.. and the few that do will just laugh.
Personally, I just wish he would shut up for a change.. nothing but lies come out of his mouth anyway.

I think all of the dems will have new material to bash Bush on. Thats about it, everyones opinion is already formed, theres not much he can do to change it now.
