Their confidence, their cocksure attitude, their masculinity, their protectiveness, the wonderfulness of getting to see their soft, gentle sides underneath the bravado, their voices, their hands, their facial hair (I love stubble!), their bodies in general . . .
That's just a few of the things about men that turn me on (but of course I can't speak for all girls).

This isn't really the best place to ask, you know.
Perhaps this will help: the things I find hot in butch lesbians are being tall, muscular, and having very short hair. On a deeper level, I like people with a witty sense of humour, significant intellectual capacity, and a charitable heart.
Not that much different from the rest of the population, I suppose.

BRAINS!!!!!!!!! Intelligence is a big thing for me. I don't mean someone has to be degreed with years and years of higher education, just....smart.
Facial hair neatly trimmed doesn't hurt either.
