podcast is a one big file that has lots of information between of music or news or whatever, yes its free just for most of them. if you have a ipod theres a way to download them into it, by using itunes or realplayer or any other prgram that is conjuntion to the player..ok!!!

podcasts can be found mainly on iTunes in the Podcast Directory of the iTunes Music store, they are free and can be downloaded and put on any MP3 you wish, you just have to transfer the files from iTunes to whatever programs you sync your MP3 with.

this site will give you an ipod just for completing some quick online tasks! really recommend it, especially if you're broke but really want an ipod (like me).
