There are many things that these actions do. Erosion from the ocean takes away sand on the shore of the beach. Erosion also takes place as mountains grow. The more a mountain grows the more erosion that takes place ( rock slides, mud slides). Weathering can shape rocks such as if you were to go to a graveyard and look at a marble tombstone, depending on the age you would most likely see that it is difficult to read or is deformed in someway. This is because marble comes is severely effected by water. Deposition occurs in places like deserts and beaches or instance. In deserts the sand is blown from one area to another. In addition, on beaches, water can deposit shells onto the beaches. Hope this helps!

Hi. Every time a rock falls or a mountain erodes, the Earth gets rounder. Most folks do not see the connection between this effect and the shape of ALL bodies.
