Haha, don't think so, but I'm pretty sure that Elizabeth Swan on Pirates 2 does! It's hilarious... I catch it like everytime.

And guys, a nip slip would be on ACCIDENT.. something so subtle that only someone would notice it on accident. It's not like someone "allowed" it, or it's "illegal", for goodness sakes, it's a "slip" not a purposeful flash.
