A good friend to me is a person who i can cry my eyes out on their shoulder and then they make me laugh till my stomach hurts.
A good friend i can trust with anything, even the worst secert i have.
a good friend makes you feel like you can conquer the world with them at your side.
A good friend accepts the truth when i tell them it and they tell me the truth when i ask about something.
My best friend in the whole world is my friend Elizabeth. i met her in second grade from another friend, and we didn't talk much than. and than just this year me and her started talking again and she has made me feel better than any friend i have ever had has.
( darn, now i am all teary eyed! lol)

That to me is a best friend. I love to be a good person to people period. You never know how a smile can make someones day, or even a kind word. But what type of friend expects to drain someone by being there no matter what. Doesn't try to control or change you, but if your friend is your friend shouldn't they be able to tell you if you are doing something that is detrimental for your health, would that be considered trying to change you. Any relationship is a give and take, some times there's a 60% 40%As long as there is a equal medium every one should be happy

Everyone is different, therefore every friendship is different. I have a very good friend that we talk on the phone mostly, but when I have pain in my life she sheds tears for my pain as well. I also have a very good friend that lives close, yet we only see each other a few times a year, yet I know if I needed her she would be there and there is no question that I would be there for her as well. There is also the friend that you love to hang out with. The one thing I notice though is each friend brings out a certain side of us, it is not that we are not being ourselves we just have many parts to us that make us who we are and I think it is healthy to explore those sides of ourselves.I know with all my friends it is easy to stay true to my heart and values, that is why they are my friends.

i sue to have a bestfriend
and i thought we were liek brothers
but it was someaht rought cuz we always fought
i was 16 and he was 14!
since he acted immature and did stupide things it dident work
so messing with another freind constnetly isent a good freindship
what i look in a friend
is honest, always by your side, confendent in things you can trust your friend with, and these things that makes a person feel good to have someone on their side, someone they can run to in there time of need. i wish i had a friend like that...
that way i wouldent have to be alone in school..
