Wind velocity above wing and below wing is know, the air pressure above the wing is known. What is the mass of the plane if it is flat. Also what is the mass of the plane if it is accelrating downward?

You need the surface area of the wing.
Multiply the area by the pressure difference between upper and lower surface - for a simple minded result.

Otherwise you need the position of the ailerons and the attack angle to get a more accurate answer,
