Each blood vessel in your body functions to remove wastes form the cells of your body and circulate them to places that they can excreted (such as your bowels and your bladder). Your kidneys' are located along the wall of your back just below your ribs, your bladder is right above your pelvic bone, your intestines take up the lower 1/3 of your body and your liver lies along the right side of your abdomen and filters off many toxins. The spleen is below the liver, and functions as a blood filtering organ (wehre a lot of wastes are removed)

Part of it's dangling between your legs, my friend.
The rest of it's in your lower abdomen (your bladder, and other relevant organs) and in the small of your back (that's where your kidneys are)
