I don't care what you look like, don't care how much jingle in your pocket.....But if you got time for conversation and a smile....You rate pretty high!

1. looks - only because that's the first thing you notice before anything else.
2. intelligence - that would be as soon as you open your mouth and start speaking.
3. money - usually not something I rate people by.

Very good question! I would rate people by looks first and for most, because if you see something about their look, it intrigues you to see closer to (for example: Money and Intelligence) And then that is how yo practically rate them.

My order:
-Looks (Unfortunately)
-Money
-Intelligence

Intelligence, looks.

depends on how well I know them. And I don't rate, I just judge. I kind of have something against the rich, so I'll probably like you better if you are poor or very humble. I judge by looks if the person has no personality, and by intelligence if it is shown.

Looks and intelligence

Since computers have made it possible to 'get to know' someone without ever knowing what they look like, I rate on intelligence, and their sense of humor. In the past, looks factored in, because, of course, if someone was badugly, you wouldn't get that close, to get to know them first. Now, if you've learned to like them, ugly don't count. Money is unimportant, except that I tend to not enjoy friends who are always trying to help themselves to mine!

Sense of humour, intelligence, spontanity and a touch of intrigue. Looks and money don't come in to it.
