Probably, Fate / Stay Night has a sequel(more of a sidestory) Fate/hollow ataraxia and also a prequel, Fate/Zero written, so fingers crossed.

So far nothing announced yet, I would bet on a OVA to tell a side story. This story would take place before the end and show the everyday life.

"fate/anerexis" i think. Its a game that came out before the show fate stay night. You figure out 'archer' (rins servant) is actually Shrio. =]
