I am going to have some fun sales competitions for my staff at work and I need some good prize ideas that are little or no cost. Some suggestions have been free vacation day, pie your boss' face, pick your schedule next schedule, etc. Any other ideas would be appreciated!

Wear pajamas to work day, free lunch day, 2 extra breaks, best parking spot, I don't know what else, good luck and have fun.

Extra vacation day is always a good motivator. So, is getting one or two extra casual dress days. Or, double lunch hour for a week (the employer 'loses' five hours compared to 'losing' eight hours for an extra vacation day but the employee gets 'five' prizes).
