You could always check with your local community college and some technical colleges have programs designed for students to receive so many hours of hands on type of experience in web design before receiving certificates of completion. Also most community colleges offer community education courses, open to the public, that will teach you, in as many as four hours, maybe less, how to do it yourself. You have to ask for a schedule of the community education classes.
