Well im 7 weeks pregnant and my nipples sort of cramp up and they hurt so bad. Can anyone give me any tips to ease the pain or to stop the cramping.

Yes i am a nurse, but stuff like this they dont teach you in school. I just thought asking other women who are pregnant or have been pregnant is a good way to ask. So please dont be a smartass.

im 10 weeks pregnant and basically there is nothing you can do about it,just put up with it i guess or take warm showers that might help sooth it,works for me.congrats

I must admit I have never heard of such a thing. However, when I was breastfeeding, I used a hot pad (on low heat) to relieve the pain of engorgement. You may want to try that and maybe some Tylenol. Otherwise, the only thing I can suggest is soaking in a warm tub.

I would call your doctor and ask him about his opinion on it. I'm 7 months tomorrow and still have another 6 weeks before I'm considered full term so I would be pretty worried if I were you..

I felt better with some light support. Like a light cotton tank top with some built in support. (Not a built in bra just some extra stretch fabric.) It helped if I slept in it as well.

I wish i knew.....The best thing Iv'e tried so far is a warm shower or bath.
