You may write a paragraph (thanks for telling me it's your homework, my pleasure to give an idea) on the differences of human beings, it's mother nature who has dictated that millennium years ago. It's a fact and no one can change it, thus, everyone has his/her own mind, brains, character, etc. How about the outside? I think we should be sincere to ourselves and the wise saying, "Honesty is the best policy" is still relevant and practical. In other words, if we're true to both our said inside and said outside, we can live happily and with more true friends without trying to deceive them day after day.

Someone who is different on the outside and something else on the inside is what I like to call a mask.
Everyone has one, maybe not so apparent as other, but everyone wears a mask in shape or form.
For some it is a way to protect their selves and others it is because something has happened to them in the past.

Almost everyone has that dilemma including your teachers. It is struggle between two polarities, subjective and objective...That which you feel widely considered to be subjective thus not real...but wait, all our existence on a planet pointing out, that we are those who makes a subjective objective...Idea comes from within has no substance, it is subjective, somehow realized, becomes pure objectivity, manifesting as our creation...There is a fear of being ridiculed, that's why people cling to what is legislated to be real or objective...serving their own creations, not otherwise....becoming faraway from that what we call feelings or their true self( Soul?)...no wonder that people getting sick on large scale

Personnaly, I do not believe that anybody truly shows all of who they are to other people. They keep certain characteristics to themselves because they fear what others might think.
