Creating Magical items?

Ive been wondering on how to create a magical item that can pause time. (a ring) Does anyone no any websites or info to this? Plz reply, Thanx!

Well, time is one of the more 'slippery' things in the world to be able to 'grasp' magickally, so you have to have a model of existence that is very exacting, that you can have full faith in, and which will provid you some means of 'grasping time', or stepping out of the flow of time, or something.

I think he wants to "stop time."
I have never heard of any magical items that do this.......good luck in finding one
