I think it depends on the level of intensity that you're looking for. Both in relation to the locale and the area of medicine. Ohio tends to be a bit more low-key, while New York and Cali are more upbeat. Maybe starting in Ohio would be a good way to get your foot in the door in either surgical area you choose. Here, in Ohio, there are a ton of great doctors. Some have even come from the bigger cities. Maybe you need to narrow it down to what you want to do then, narrow down the locale. Besides, what good is it to have a job in an upscale city if you don't really feel for what you're doing? No one can tell you what is best for you. Trust your gut!

We like to call it cosmetic surgery. Not because it changes looks, but because it is unnecessary. When it is done for fun. more can be charged and hours can be less. You can't decide when to do back surgery, until there is a need. There will always be a need for plastic.
