this mean that your an epidemic or you are a pest and pain on the neck, not really good. But this could mean a joke if someone is telling this to with a smile, if with a scream for sure that person would not like to see you for a while, ha ha what did you do?.

Well, it's a negative statement as in "b*** Sh**" or SOB. Just the same, simply ignore it and reply with a smile and say thanks. For that negative utterance will bounce back to him/her.
