In some places, like Germany, that can get you imprisoned. They have rightly criminalized the Socialist Workers Party (NAZIs).

I have a friend who's a Nazi. (I wish he wasn't but he is) He's a great friend, when my ex-girlfriend broke up with me, I was crying but he made me feel like I would find someone else. (And he was right) He's really awesome and is really fun to be around. As long as he does not push his views on me, I'm fine. I have my view, he has his and that's that. He gave me a Swastika necklace as gift because I told him the necklace looked cool. I wear it about once a week and no one has ever said anything to me about it. They hardly notice it and if they would say something I would tell them "I'm not a Nazi, the necklace means peace." I have worn it to school, volunteering and restaurants and have never had an issue. (I have been doing it for some time now) I would not wear it to Germany/France because you can be put in jail if you do lol. But otherwise wear it and I'm pretty sure you won't have a problem.

I don't think so.

The swastika is an extensively used sign in Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism as well as by some Native Americans. To ban the swastika would be discriminatory.... not to mention a violation of freedom of speech

No, its not illegal. I think it is sad to do so, but you have the right to. How sad that you support an idealism that destroyed 6 million Jewish people and 6 million others who were minorities or disabled. How sad, how very, very sad.
